Has anyone bought any of these? I am wondering about their quality (outfits, not dolls) as they are kind of pricey.

They are actually made really well and are in my opinion made better than the AG outfits... they are very detailed and I highly recommend them!

Do the LoF outfits fit AG dolls? Thanks!

No, that's what's so sad. They are just gorgeous, but they don't close in the back. I guess the hard-bodied dolls are thinner. The shoes fit well, though. My Susie May is wearing one of the outfits (purple) in one of my albums. It looks great on her, until she turns around... Ooops!

The clothes are potentially interchangeable. It depends on the chubbiness of your AGs! Here is some information on the dolls and books:

The webpage above includes some ideas on how to get everything, including the outfits, for less than the suggested retail price.

I work at Family Christian Store and we started getting the dolls and accessories in stock right before Christmas.
These stores are all over the place if you want to try to visit one and actually see the product in person before buying. The dolls really are pretty and the clothes are too! I think the clothes are more pricey than AG's, but they look like they are made really well.
I don't know if all the stores are carrying the dolls or not; the one I'm at is one of the larger ones in my area. But it's worth a look if you want to see the girls in person.

I've seen them online, and they're not my thing, personally. The dolls, at least.

I have nearly all the LOF clothing and three dolls. The outfits are of amazing quality and worth the price, IMO. The skirts are very full, the trim is elaborate and the company never is chintzy on the details.
I find most things fit my AGs with no problem, and my AGs are the PM chubby ones. The only problems I have are some of the petticoat skirts in the undergarment sets. I've had absolutely no problem with any dresses or tops so far.
My current album in my sig shows Samantha and Kit (who I use as Nellie) wearing LOF Christmas dresses. I especially adore Samantha's.
The prices are higher than AG, but less than what you'd pay for a comparably made OOAK dress on ebay, so I'm happy with it. They also use snaps instead of velcro, which is great- no snags or pulled hair. I think AG makes better quality shoes, but I do like the variety of shoes I have combining the two brands.
You can get better than list price deals from a couple ebay sellers or wait until your local Christian bookstore has a sale. Also, there are a few internet Christian bookstores that stock everything at about 20% off. I got most of my stuff from an ebay seller and the rest from a local bookstore at 20-40% off.
I'm trying to "take the challenge" and get my website of my complete collection fully operational, but that may take me a month. I've been working on the website for over a month already, but between AG and LOF it's a bit of a long slog.

They're a lot nicer in person, fresh out of the box, than online or in person in stores. For some reason they're a doll that is difficult to photograph well. I don't think AGs or other dolls in photos look quite as nice as they do in person, as well. I didn't even like the Life of Faith dolls the first time I saw them. Then I realized it was because other customers had messed up the hair and outfits.
But right out of the box, they are really pretty dolls!
